We here at IECSS have an incredible rapport with our providers and our hospital partners.  We utilize real-time metrics to measure efficiencies & provide that information back to our team.  We measure from the time the patient walks into the ER to the time they leave.  We work with all hospital departments & teammates to improve turn around times (Registration, Radiology, Lab, Hospitalist)

0% provider attrition in the last 12 months & less than .02% annually. This is directly attributable to the ease of scheduling, stability of the company, and a positive working environment where all providers are supported by their Administrators and Medical Directors. 

All IECSS providers are required to log/participate in a specific number of risk management webinars to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
