I've had several long term ER jobs, and because of that I feel uniquely qualified to compare the work and lifestyle I enjoyed with this group to other roles available in emergency medicine, in both democratic and contract groups. Real effort is put into your schedule and workload, there is a tangible and very relatable pathway to advance in the company, and since it greatly benefits them for you to succeed, again, every effort is made for that to happen. The ER we work in is just nine beds and requires close teamwork, especially on night shift, between all the departments. Dr. Seall has always worked well with our team. He treats each of us as a valuable member of the team. He provides timely and compassionate care to all who enter our facility.
